Are Humans good or bad by nature?

By nature/at birth, humans are good. Once we get old enough to remember that we were exposed to bad influences, that is when humans become bad. Sin was brought into the world a long time ago, so every human can and most likely will be "bad" at some point. But, when we are first born, we aren't exposed to the bad things of the world yet.

The purpose of government is to create order, stability, leadership, organization, prevents chaos, provides for common defense, and creates standardization.
